Binary Number System
As computer is an electronic device so it can store only 0 and 1 and system used in computers to represent any numeric value is binary number system. It has the base as 2. We have two digits that is 0 or 1 to represent all numbers.the unit that can store this 0 and 1 of the binary system are referred to as bits (which is an abbreviated form of the expression binary digits).
